We would like to invite you to speak at the Heartland Tea, Coffee & Chocolate Festival!

  • Hands On or Intensive Deep Dive Tasting (additional fee to attendees)

  • Lecture only (free to attendees)

  • Small group tasting session (small charge to attendees)

The festival is a celebration of all things tea, coffee, and chocolate, and offers a unique opportunity for exhibitors to showcase their products to a diverse audience of tea, coffee, and chocolate enthusiasts.

The festival has a rich history, starting in 2015 as the Midwest Tea Festival drawing 1100 attendees in its last year prior to the pandemic. Sally Wei took over as director in 2022-2023 for over 800 attendees. For 2024, Nicole Burriss, the festival founder and original director, returns to advise the new director, Tina Beyers of Savory Tea Co. We are planning for 1000+ attendees in 2024.

The festival will offer a curated list of speakers to ensure minimal overlap of topics and to provide attendees with a diverse range of offerings. In addition to the exhibitor floor for shopping, the festival will also feature these educational offerings, which will include hands-on classes that carry additional fees and free lectures. Attendees can also participate in small group tasting sessions (small additional fee) and enjoy afternoon tea and coffee seatings on both days for additional fees.

Don’t miss out on this exciting opportunity to connect with tea, coffee, and chocolate enthusiasts from around the region and share your hard earned expertise.

There are limited numbers of time slots available. Speakers will be chosen based on topic relevance to attendees, diversified offerings and speaking expertise. Exhibitors who speak will be eligible for a booth discount (not guaranteed) and 40% of the class fees (inclusive of materials costs). Speakers who do not have a booth will receive 40% of class fees + reimbursed materials costs.
